hey im 17 and ive been trying to improve my bat speed. This looks like a great product to do that. what weight ball do you recommend? 5 seems to light for me.

What device are you using and what kind of timer. I like these exercises, they seem like they will help in building arm and shoulder muscle. I'll try these with my son.
5 lb or 7lb- should be fine- many players are using it.

does not matter what i am wearing bro- as long as the information i give you is usable, credible and works. Thats what I am talking about. Who cares what someone looks like-as long as they can teach me something i am listening and going to put it to use. Never judge a book by its cover as it is said.

of course you need the nrg ball system to improve the power of the swing. Its the combo of the lever system and the weighted ball that generates a specific force to train your neuro-pathways to function at a higher level.
