Aggro. + Motivated and Determined = Self destruct! An eve online chronicle.

Early in our Immensea campaign some frigs find a carrier plexing in Motivated and Determined alliance space. Motivated and Determined were caught completely by surprise by our attack and left to fend for themselves.
During this fight we couldn't get the DPS to break his tank, so we called in some additionals to help including me. The carrier had already lost most of its drones by the time this recording started and he was just dead in the water, tanking us.
Funny facts: The Kronos that warps in was stolen from Motivated and Determined as well, I dunno exactly how, but the Kronos pilots dps helped us begin breaking his tank.
At some point the guy initiates self-destruct. Biggest dishonorable thing you can do but whatever. We pour on the DPS to try to kill it in time, THEN he gets smart and EJECTS! We try to call everyone off to jump into the carrier, but a few UNITY members who were not on our comms didn't get the command to unlock/unpoint carrier. Alas, it self destructs and Aggro. gets blueballed big time.

@LoliWolf Yes it is. Of course, if I was in the same position I would also self destruct because I hate killboard masturbation :)

I was actually part of MAD at the time this happened and he ended up loosing that carrier because he took it off POS when no one else was online to support. He also ran out of drones to fight back with. Was unfortunate but he should not have taken it out by himself.

That might be HIS story but you'll notice that we warp to a complex... there is various bouts of space 'fog' in the distance if you check out the HD version.
