Demon's souls reminded me a lot of this game! Return to nexus when you die....check! Creepy atmosphere....check! Imaginative monster design...check! Choose any level in hub world...check! Dual sword combat...check! Challenging and memorable bosses...check! Play a protagonist that technically can't die...check! Fecking HARD... double check! All that's missing is a funky hat!
