@eduardalet I don't think it's because blacks don't kow how to build. It's because they were told to build when they had no kowledge of how to do it, those who had the knowledge were executed. case is Lumumba who was killed by the belgians for he was percived to be a threat to their interests and ready to build a country at its own terms
