I've created several game-related videos in the past, but after being inspired by a conversation I had with a colleague, I created an alternate trailer for the game "Metroid: Other M", utilizing footage from the first preview trailer that Nintendo released,. There were only about two minutes of video to work with, and since the game hasn't been released, there was no way to obtain additional footage.

All of the footage came from the official trailer that Nintendo released during the 2009 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3.) The background music is "BRAINSTORM" by Hardcore United Tokyo (a.k.a. Teranoid and DJ Technorch.) I edited the song to make it sound less "harsh" for people who are not familiar with the "gabber" music genre. I also added all of the sound effects used in the video - some of the sounds are my own, while others are from the game "Super Smash Bros. Brawl", which featured Metroid-related content.
