Using a mix of traditional instruments and miscellaneous everyday items, Felix builds complex sculptures that turn his electronic compositions into acoustic sounds, reinventing what it means to make music. It all began with his parents piano. "I built a mechanism that allowed it to draw," Felix explains. "Playing it would produce a graphic recording, a kind of reverse score." And it went on from there. Felixs machines are now musical sculptures that are all about aesthetic and sensory pleasure.
