  • i am 70 kg and i managed to do 1 rep with 36kg (i have two kettlebells, one 16 kg and one 20 kg). i'm trying to increase my 1RM. should i just continue doing singles with as heavy as i can go?

  • @psolarhidi do you have access to plates or can you somehow adjust the amount of weight you're using? What worked for me the best was staying in the 4-8 rep zone , trying to get more reps with the same weight then increase the load and start over. As far as singles go, I wouldn't do them in every workout.

  • this is an approximate squat of 170kg, not taking into consideration balance and range of motion needed for the pistol

  • This is power! Good!!

  • very nice

  • @MrMAxHardcore1 Band = "Pantera"

    Song= "Walk"

  • @Toxeh might be too much stress on the knees. for plyos I would stick to regular squats and depth jumps.

  • @zollup Maybe making this a plyometric exercise would be good? Slow down and explode up.

  • incredible strength

  • Great stuff, the one bad thing about one-legged squats is that it is almost impossible to have a neutral back and still go all the way down.

  • Whats the of that cool song, please? Thanks

  • Whats the name of that cool song, please? Thanks
