I think he's some guy who works at WHYY since when I was very young, I would watch Sesame Street and once a skit on Sesame Street ended, it would cut off and switch to WHYY where this guy talked in front of the camera since I think I recognize his voice. Some of the things the guy would say to the camera was advertising merchandise at WHYY when giving the direct phone number at WHYY and sometimes he would announce different Sesame Street live shows and other PBS live shows.
At 1:46, the people who made that statue should probably remove it from that spot since it's getting squirted with water in every direction and maybe nobody is able to see it clearly with all that water squirting in every direction.
I remember seeing this Philadelphia scenery when I was very young while playing the National Anthem. Also I was wondering from 1:59-2:02, were those two statues baseball players? When I was very young, I used to think that the statue on the left was holding a cake where he was trying to throw the cake onto the statue on the right. (If they're baseball players, I guess the statue on the left is holding a baseball glove trying to catch a baseball thrown from the statue on the right).
The National Anthem starring The City Of Brotherly Love...PHILADELPHA!!!! Loved the part @ 2:09 where they inserted the flag of the US in the "O" of the LOVE sculpture!

What's the note heard at 0:00 in the clip? It kinda sounds like the last note of the WGBH jingle.
