Death Valley in March 2005. A once-every-hundred-years bloom occurred after massive rainfalls in the winter. It doesn't normally look like this. Kayaking in Badwater.

Nice video. Death Valley had also not seen as many people/cars on the road too. I know that the TV stations in LA had ran a special every morning that week concerning the bloom. I heard a report from Highway patrol several people running out of gas. lol. Thank you for sharing the trip.
