STREAKY BAY @ Kuah Town LANGKAWI

This place reminded me so much of my beautiful Streaky Bay in South Australia. Almost everything was the Malaysian equivalent of the fishing scene that I grew up with as a child.............
Yusuf, my driver (top fella) was able to show me many things of interest and in particular this "cooked before my eyes/fresh" shrimp fritta that the locals have for lunch. I've had many a peanut satay sauce before but nothing has ever come near to the perfection of this one............incredible balance between peanut crunch texture, chilli and sweetness.............bliss he he :)
