ive used this knot, very efficient i have to agree. not too complicated to tie either, thanks for the info. by the way Dashiznet28, if you lose the rapala its most likely your fault, based on bad casting, snagging, or you caught the biggest fish ever due to this incredible knot : )

Hi, I have a litle additional tip for this knot- when you pull the loop and the main line in the end to tie the knot, its useful to lubricate it with saliva (just lick the knot or put it in your mouth for a second), this way it is going to be very tight and its gonna be much easier to tighten everything up ;)

This is THE KNOT for fly fishing streamers or any other large fly for that matter. A uni will work as well. I won't use any other knot.  The reason being is that your fly will not swim worth a shit without it. Thanks for the easy to follow instructions.

i have spent so much money on rapala lures and have not catch as much as i have on a bomber lure, try the pink bomber that lure is just absolute amazing from jack to 1.5meter barra's to giant travalleys!

wow are your knees not hurting?! My friend, I had just one little question: with the live bait what to do so when you pull the fishing line it goes down quickly just like a plastic lure. It would be really good advice for me as im fishing from kayak and the lead weight can not keep up and sits on the surface when I paddle and does not go to the bottom where fish Im looking for is.
