Because the family's argument was anything BUT balanced you stupid fool. They facilitated a crime and deprived a son and his father of each other. The law was broken. PERIOD! Nobody can give any justifiable reason for this. Given that you are trying to justify it shows there is something very wrong with you.

BTW, those criminals are REQUIRED to reimburse David Goldman for his legal expenses. So to say that he just "wants money" proves you are either ignorant or just a slandering asshole.

The mother did not need to do what she did, she was wrong (No abuse, just a bad marriage). I am very sorry that she passed away, G-D Bless her.

He had to use the media to pressure the ignorant politicians in Brazil that a son should be with his father, PERIOD! The Grandparents and stepfather had no right to keep Sean in Brazil. If she had been smart and asked to share custody from the beginning perhaps things would be different, instead she used the poor boy as a puppet and manipulated him by telling him lies about his father, she played games with his emotions, disgusting woman!
