Starting at 1:07? Its a song known as "Requiem for a King", a remix of a Clint Mansell song that was part of the soundtrack for 'Requiem for a dream". Requiem for a King was used in a "Lord of the Rings: Return of the King" trailer, and was specifically created for that trailer. It might be available on iTunes.
