I want to learn more about "Net Neutrality."
The FCC though...what is its function? The sole function I could think of is shutting down enemy broadcasting in the homeland during wartime.
I understand that free speech is not absolute, but it should be as close as possible. After all, Ben Franklin said "A nation that limits freedom for the sake of security shall deserve neither and will lose both" (paraphrased)
