I agree with periwink. Not safe to have to two together. Talk to a avian vet. I have a congo grey and a red bellied parrot. My guys are both in their 20's. Best of luck to you and your birds.
Umm. Why hasn't someone else said it? I hate to be Debbie downer but this is not best bud behavior. They are not yet nipping but the toes may be gone if they get to that stage, which i hope will not happen after 1 of them gets hormonal. I have 3 & would not risk them together.Maybe they will do fine...But it looks risky to me. The kissing is something all 3 of mine do. We, humans like to believe they know the emotion behind this "sound" however, it's just another learned SOUND 4 them.
