After almost three years of anticipation, Chevrolet announced that the Volt will be available late next year in California, with other markets to be named later. The automaker also announced their partnership with California utilities in an effort to further the development of EVs by installing more than 500 charging stations for residential, business and public use. Designed to drive up to 40 miles on pure electricity, the Volt also has extended range capabilites allowing it to go an additional 250 miles before needing to recharge.
Yeah you can't go get a can of electricity.
But does anybody out there have an outlet?
Problem solved it's called an outlet and most buildings have one or twenty.
