u must be carrying ur weight pretty well, either that or ur tall, cuz u do not look 190ish.. u look like u maybe 155. .. good journey anyway.. am on my way too.

hey your results are amazing!congrats!iv actually been on my little mission to i started at 148 and now im at 137 i kno it doesnt seem like much but im 5'5 and really need to tone up and work on my midsection and i barely see results and was wondering what you did to fix ur belly i hav the same prob were it bulges out and also how long did it take you?

it is totally possible. When I weighed 268 most people thought I weighed 230-240 tops. Now I weigh 230 and people think I weigh 200.

i love that belly ring. is it just one or do you have both the top and bottom pierced?

Thanks! It is just one (the top). The belly jewelry I have on in the video is a curved barbell with rhinestone jewels hanging down from it. I want to get the bottom done as well :)
