Mera Passion Pakistan - Hum Kisi Se Kam Nahi

Gilgit: Is it possible to reach the top when you're heading downhill in full speed? Medalist skiers Ifrah and Amina Wali claim it is. Bagging medals on a national level and winning gold and silver at the likes of the slalom skiing events at the South Asian Winter Games in India, the teenaged Wali sisters have skied Pakistan's name into glory multiple times. Though the girls had only 4 days of practice (lack of snowfall hindered their preparations) and Ifrah fractured her arm, the girls still became the first women in Pakistan to bring home the gold for skiing events. The sisters are more than top athletes, while they aim to ski Pakistan to the Olympics, their determination and competitive skills seep into academics as well: The sisters prepare for careers in software engineering and medicine. Trumpeting proof that there is immense and diverse talent in Pakistan, these champions do us proud.

So dont go to their physical appearance but see the strength these ' SKINNY AND SICKLY LOOKING ' girls do have . and critiques like you are the demoralizing elements in our beloved country Pakistan. excellent girls! unbelievable that such talented girls are in our country but very sorry to say that i never got this news on electronic media. I think Naseem Hameed got a single gold medal in SAF games and her news was in headlines whereas winners of one gold and two silver medals were not given due coverage in the electronic media.. why is that so?
