Of course it is only the second half. The band consists from students of a music camp (OrkesterkamP-Slovenia) from 12 to 22 age. They prepare this program in 5 days.

Yeah you basically skipped the first half. You left out a bunch like the french horn solo, english horn solo, oboe and english horn duet, soprano and alto sax duet, tenor and bari duet. I think this might be an arranged score.

no there are a bunch of solos in this like oboe, bari sax, and sax quartets. I played this band and on some solos our teacher wouldn't even conduct and just let them play freely. But it was about this tempo.
