QuickTime X And All It's Screen Casting Glory

QuickTime X is WONDERFUL and anyone who says otherwise is just inexperienced with QTX. It now gives us the ability to encoded multiple things at once in the background while continuing to work within QuickTime. Its extremely fast and the ability to capture your screen and isight/camera is worth the 30 dollar upgrade to Snow Leopard. Mark my words, QTX has laid a foundation to make our macs super fast, when working with video especially. Give it time and everyone will see the true power of QTX. Given its trim features and the ability to capture your cam with your desktop makes it for a pretty good screen casting suite. How better to promote yourself than to have customers making free screen casts for everyone to see. Great strategy Apple. Now we will begin to see TONS of mac screen captures appearing. Exposing mac that much more. Making windows users say "i have to go buy an app to do that, I even have to pay for exchange and they dont. I have no ilife or anything. Why am I using a pc?",.............................Now, Let's talk about Data Centers...............................

I was planning on making a video this weekend, but I might just upgrade to Snow Leopard instead.

Your 15 seconds of boot time is awesome. I also have 2 GB of RAM on both of my Macs, so I should experience the same speed boost.

I have Snow Leopard, but I find myself using QT7 most of the time. I need to export stuff in different formats, and customize the bit rate and resolution etc. of those formats. If QTX could do that I would use it. lol

If I'm going to watch a movie or something that I know I won't be exporting, then I might do it I'm QTX.

Why'd I just say all that? lol
