As of 12-30-11, I will be on day 30 of my hunger strike to protest the failed Loan Modification programs and the $700 Billion taxpayer bailout recipients' non-compliance with conditions of TARP which requires those banks to make a "good-faith" effort to assist homeowners with saving their homes through modifications of the terms of their loans, specifically by a reduction of borrowers' mortgage interest rates. Like millions of Americans, I have been going through the insane quagmire of a Loan Modification since 2009. In my opinion, the granting of a true and permanent modification is a rare exception, with the norm being a frustrating maze of stall tactics and deception aimed at forcing the homeowner to abandon this excruciating process or get cornered into foreclosure... Please watch my story and pass it on. Hopefully my efforts can help expose the plight of millions of Americans like me, who could greatly benefit if the banks would simply do the right thing and abide by the conditions of their acceptance of the largest bailout in US history by granting loan modification to deserving homeowners, instead of routinely denying them... Thank you for watching...

  • AMAZING! Most people I know would simply let the bank win without giving a TENTH of the amount of effort you gave. You are a TRUE hero! Good luck on your journey.
