Notice two things: 1. Liberals often claim that evil republicans use the term "liberals" as a curse word. What does Waters mean by calling Rice "just another neocon"?
2. Of the 4 people she mentioned, she singles out Rice alone , as "doesn't represent me". Why? Because Rice is a black woman. Waters is bogged down in identity politics, that she has to go out of her way to say to THE LEFT "not all people of the same gender and same race are the same, you know".
