  • Eureka!!

1 - Install extkbd, rootsh & vim, from App Manager & reboot

2 - Open X Terminal and type: sudo gainroot (click enter)

3 - Next typed: vi /etc/bluetooth/main.conf (click enter)

3 - Where you see: DisablePlugins = network, input, hal, move over the "i" of input & type x several times until input is erased

    4 - Then type :w (click enter) & :q (click enter)

    5 - Reboot N900

6 - Go to Setting > Bluetooth & pair keyboard to your phone

7 - Next go to the External Keyboard > Tools & connect

  • How did u get the keyboard to work? I tried going to: Setting > Bluetooth > Devices. Then I turned on my SU-8W keyboard, clicked New > Select Device > Pair. Then clicked Pair, held down Fn, typed in the passcode & pressed enter. It then said pairing complete, but still the keyboard flashes blue & doesn't work??? :(

  • It is actually possible to change the keymap on the n900 so you can use the keys as they are marked on the keyboard.

  • Hello, I do have a n900 and a su 8w but even I can pair them I cannot make them work, can you tell what have you changed on the n900? I read a lot of the main.conf file but I cannot find it on the x terminal, can you give me any help, thanks

  • @nakruggangsta no dude, is not fake, Nokia nokia phone tablets support bluetooth keyboards and mouses. n900, n8, search for...

  • @taril1 Do you lose signal when you hold it in your hand like iPhone 4? Answer is No! This really is more interesting indeed.

  • If this mini-pc has a built-in keyboard, why do you use an external one?

Does it play 720p videos like iPhone 4? Answer is No! This would be more interesting indeed.
