I just fixed the problem - Cleaned the MAF, Throttle inside, and adjustet the idle screw. Some month ago i also changed the plugs, plugwires, destributor and so one. But the cleaning of the maf, trottle and adjusting of idle made it run smooth :)
Could be a lot of different things. Sure spark plugs, plug wires, distributor, starter. Most like it's an air leak or issue with the IAC, IAT, or TPS. Like I said, lots of things can exhibit a low idle.
I had the same problem on y '91 Miata. Pull the spark plug wires one at a time and check how far the spark jumps to ground on the engine. Mine had one big spark of about one inch and another spark of about a quarter inch. The problem turned out to be a bad coil pack, which I replaced for $190.00 including tax. It runs great now.

I have the exact same problem on my 1990 NA MX-5. I'll look at a coil pack.
