322 bridge at Cocalico Street, Ephrata, PA

322 Bridge over Cocalico Creek, Ephrata, PA 9-8-11. This is just before you get to the old Gerber Factory, which is now Christian Aid Ministries. Cocalico Street will take you back to the park. An elderly gentleman we were talking to said in the flood of Agnes the water came up to the cap of the blue fire hydrant..it is already there and it is expected to continue to rise. About 20 minutes or so after this video the water was starting to come up over the bridge.
