The 1st in a series of wine videos with Prezzza's General Manager Dave Petrilli. Dave highlights from Prezza's extensive wine selection the 2008 Bucci Verdicchio from the Marches region of Italy. The 2008 Bucci Verdicchio is clean and crisp with hints of vanilla, butterscotch and is slightly nutty. Has great acidity which is important with food , but not overpowering so it may be enjoyed alone. It would complement any of Prezza's appetizers or seafood entrees, but especially would go well with crispy cod cheeks home pickled cherry peppers, potatoes and herbed creme fraiche.
