I thought you were gonna be running linux on your kindle heh. I prolly should adjust my search query to something like "linux running on kindle" instead.... I saw another vid doing the same thing, I'd recommend showing people how to use Calibre or something to convert ebooks to kindle format as plugging it into the computer isn't too instructional, could be done with:
1. Plug in Kindle.
2. Wait for window to pop up.
3. Put files in the documents folder of your Kindle.

If it doesn't mount properly just do this:
sudo mkdir /media/kindle
sudo fdisk -l
sudo mount /dev/sdd1 /media/kindle
Yours may not be sdd1 but use whatever yours says when you do the fdisk -l command :)
Also, ubuntu is an african word so it *isn't* pronounced "you-bun-too" :) Means unity or something.

They really are an amazing bit of kit. I've been taking mine everywhere! So easy to just whip it out and read a few pages.
