Mikey really tries hard to make you think we have capitalism in America still. Capitalism's is what America is now. Mom and Pop would be a great way to understand Capitalism but when you cannot even open a mom and pop over !Mart stores and such you cannot compete. Therefore we have NO capitalism left.

We would have capitalism in America yet if the big corporations hadn't bought out the politicians and slanted the laws in their favor. Mom and pop businesses have a much tougher time now than decades ago. I remember well.

Yes, if you don't want to get screwed in this contract you need a lawyer, accountant, mortgage specialist. And I bet a lot of these home buyers did get someone to help them, and they still lose out. And mortgage contract is not ironclad!!! Some rates and payments are subject to changes.
