i disagree this is the best version - it's too frilly and light, the passion is missing. This is Handel not Mozart's Eine Kleine Nacht Musik

Good lord...they're playing it at half time! It drags too much and loses the sense of expectation that Handel intended with this unusually long instrumental introduction....played at the right speed it is sublime.

@Gspijkenisse Hes making a point though. It is a wee bit too slow, and it sounds as if a regular recording has been reduced in speed.
