I see what you're saying, unincideal, and I'm not familiar with the variables of header tuning, but the data explains itself. TWEs are much better headers than stock, than borla. They're much better, even, than eBay OBX ELs.
If you look around in Normally Aspirated on NASIOC, you'll see that TWE will give you the most low-end torque you can get, not even Delta 1000 torque grinds will get you as much as the TWEs can.

@chazly0413 torque and horse power are only directly related via rpm, if the torque is built more but the rpm is not extended then the horse power could actually be decreased, however this can be altered with larger length shorter diameter piping, shorter length larger diameter piping with cause a rise in horse power but drop in your troque curve, though these may give you 1 more foot lb of troque, at low rpm, the spot where they glisten is at the high revs,
@unincideal power is directly related to torque, so you couldnt get more power without getting more torque. equals give you more torque, thus more power, over the entire power band versus uels because they have amazing scavenging properties. also, when you start adding other bits like cams, the equal's advantages really show their prowess.
