  • Set the oven to about 325-350. Steak should be in about 4-5 minutes for a medium(pink in the middle) steak. Thanks!

  • its also a good idea to mariante the steak in a bang after an hour of course after you cut it if not just get a fork and put holes in it marinate that in a bag for 2 hours :)
