All children trained in pure vocal tone production can sing high notes like this. Most all boy choirs who receive such instruction achieve this. Before their voices change, usually around age 12 or13, is a musical treat. Even though girls can sing high, their voices can't produce the same tone quality. Boys have no vibrato, Too many children don't have the high range anymore, because they sing along with the radio and even if they are girls often are in a low range. Thanks to boy choirs

@HUNGERGAMESLOVER15 What I don't understand is that some of those guys are more meant to be a soprano themselves than a tenor, I say that boy singing first is a girl that looks too much like a guy with that high of a voice.
