Apollo's Chariot at Busch Gardens Europe: This hyper-coaster features a first drop of 210 feet. In addition to 8 other drops, adding up to the most vertical drops on a single roller coaster, adds to a an amazing 825 feet in drops. The maximum speed on this ride is approximately 73 mph. The nearly one-mile of smooth steel track and uniquely designed restraint system and comfortable seats provide riders with lots of airtime. Apollo's Chariot is consistently rated among the top 10 steel roller coasters in the world.

I just rode the Phantom's Revenge on Friday at the Plum School picnic...didn't take my camera because of the daylong threat of rain...but someday I'll get a video up here of our hometown park...it's 2nd drop is one of the all-time greatest

i like this ride better then griffin cause griffins to short. and i get to ride them like every week :p

yeah griffon you spend more time going up than acually having your guts shifting around but @ least the lines are short since it has 3 10 row seats :)

apollos beats griffon by a long shot griffon is 2 short if you really like apollos go to six flags new jersey and ride nitro 230 feet up and 80 mph same set up as apollos
