This special 25th Anniversary Custom 24 SE follows in the footsteps of the tried and true Custom 24 model that has been a PRS best seller for well over a decade. This model is in fact the guitar that Paul Smith took to his first tradeshow in 1985, so effectively the Custom 24 is the model that started the ball rolling for PRS. It is re-issued and offered in the original three colours from 1985 — Royal Blue, Scarlet Red, and Vintage Yellow — and is one of the first SEs to feature "old school" PRS birds as fret inlay orientation markers ...

It uses a Mahogany body with a Maple top and a quilted Maple veneer, the neck is Maple and is perfectly complimented by a 24 fret Rosewood fretboard that has inlaid Pearloid "Birds in flight" fret markers. Sound comes courtesy of a HFS Humbucker at the bridge position and a Vintage bass Humbucker at the neck, these are managed by a Master rotary tone and volume control along with a 3 way pick-up selector toggle switch.

This model features a PRS designed tremolo system and PRS designed machine heads both of which are finished in chrome, the pick-ups have cream plastic saddles and black plastic pick-up covers whilst the quilted Maple top has been finished in an immaculately applied Vintage yellow and given a high gloss finish. Sorry you were offended by my comment. It's offensive hearing people say stupid shit though like "oh it hurt my ears hearing some guy demo different sounds that a guitar can produce." Cry me a river. Don't be so sensitive. To answer your question though, yeah, I do think it was quality playing. Definitely way better than the 80% of guitar videos where people are just attempting to cover other peoples music. Also not the greatest guitar playing by any means, but IT WAS A DEMO.
