  • it's spelled Discourage...

  • I saw this gig . It was wicked!

  • Well they seem to be doing fine, and im sure they could get a label if they wanted, at the moment they are going it alone, i saw they 2 weeks ago and they were freaking awesome!!!

  • They do have more creative freedom, but does this pay the bills. Also i think they have not replaced Bob with a bass player with the same raw energy he had.

  • i completely agree with what theshontman wrote .

  • Hmm i disagree. i like there old and new stuff. Listening to interviews with the band you can tell that they are not trying to be like anyone... they play what music they want to play, thats why they are on a small label now, so they have more creative freedom.

  • better then REM ever way. last three albums have been superb.

  • Just out of interest, now you have heard City Hall recorded, do you still think it would be more at home on some of their earlier records?

  • ye man its a shame their early stuff has faded away. dont like there new stuff much. still im a captain man!!

  • hope is important wasn't really dark, 100 broken windows was their best album, a sort of surreal rock album. Latest stuff has just been lame soft rock, trying to be like REM
