I've been down the road of thinking about ending it all and calling myself stupid in the mirror. When you have so many problems and so many bad things happen to you you start to think that this is fate or natures way of telling you you weren't meant to succeed. So I can sympathize with his friend.

@yooperlooper you know what, I am 25 years old, I workout everyday, and I also listen to Jack every single day, because it really gets to me, and he gives me confidence to face everyday issues. I tell proudly to everyone that Jack Lalanne is my idol.

I listen to these little snigglets of Jacks every day while I work. They give me all the incentive I need to eat right and stay on my exercise plan. I do his facial exercises too and have been told how young I look for 62! He's been an inspiration for me since my mom watched him in the 1950's.
