I sun burn for most of my life, I have very fair skin. Then I was eating 2 raw green coconuts a day. I'd pour the water in a blender and scape all the soft inside out into the blender and have coconut shake. I went to Central America for 6 weeks and found out with out any skin protection I didn't burn any more and even now in California in moderate sun I don't burn and I don't eat the coconut shake anymore.

It is great for anti-aging and even slight wrinkle reduction, but it must be consumed...2-3 teaspoons a day =)
