In CA, Green means that we that 141 cos have left the state.Reason: high corporate taxes and strict EPA standards. Even the green companies that developed their technology in CA are moving to other states to manufacture their products. Sunrise Power Link can't even get the electricity to San Diego because of lawsuits brought by green groups and residents over the path of the grid. Look up AB32 if you want to know how jobs will be killed.Luckily, we got it on the ballot in Nov to get it repealed
