Community Public Hearing on Bill C-11 The Refugee Reform Bill (Part 2)

The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration Jason Kenney has introduced a new bill to reform Canada's refugee determination system. To date, there has been no public consultation on this important piece of legislation.

Members of the community gathered on May 6, 2010 at Ryerson University (in Toronto, Canada) to learn about proposed changes to the law, and its potential impact on refugee claimants.
