I don't think that as outsiders we are able to understand the passions behind both the Jews and Palestinians for this land. There is no excuse for Jewish abuse of their power, but the historical documentation of their prosecution (not only in WW11), but while living in other countries, is also deeply engrained and has created this undeniable stance on their part to protect themselves from those who hate them, which blinds them to their own hatred and injustice.
