Atlas O Presents the NJ HiRailers

Many clubs throughout the land use Atlas O track and products and the Northwest NJ HiRailers are no exception. Their layout is huge--the biggest 3-Rail layout in the country--and it takes up almost an entire floor in an industrial building. We did a brief visit and talked to the people responsible for the club and learned a bit about history and their love of Atlas products. They're a bunch of awesome guys who really know their stuff and were very welcoming. If you have a chance to visit them, please do.

amazing layout!check out my 3 rail layout its probably how u started.I wish i had done scale 3 rail with 2 or 3 manlines when i started in 1999.keep up the great work1

An operational note: the Long Island operated it's Century 420s long hood forward. It was believed to be safer (for the train crew) in case of an accident at a grade crossing.
