Quick Review: Covergirl SmokyShadowBlast

Yea so um.... uh this crap has creased so bad!!! I wish I loved it I really do because the colors are so Vibrant and pretty, but it's just not happening, thank BabyV for giving me a heads up.

I did my review, and threw it against the wall Haha you can watch that on my channel if you want! That was the only enjoyable thing I got out of it. It's greasy feeling and it does crease badly. I threw mine out I think there is no way to work with this product. It just plain out, sucks!

really? the great lash mascara works good for me. its not chunky and it separates my lashes.

I think that the reason why this creases so much is because it is a cream eyeshadow stick, not powder obviously. Cream eyeshadow tends to crease, A LOT. So it is kind of obvious that it would crease. Doesn't crease too much with me but it still does and it is very frustrating.

it works for me i dnt put it on my lash line i have the brown one i mean yea it creases but i just apply more and blend thats it

.....(continued)..If you leave you foundation or any face products in a freezer for half an hour or so they will be firm and creamy..easier to use..at least from my experience! Anywhose...hope this helps...btw..the lipstick was dry like concealer can be sometimes..not creamy so use a lipstick thats more on the dry side that you might hate and you will love It after wards..serves a dual purpose! anywhose...L8R! and the primer works really well! never creased!

Either depot It and add a cheap frost finish lipstick...then freeze It...and use maybe a loose or pressed eyeshadow..to see which stays put with the color base..hope this helps! btw I didthis to make a home made eye primer: Pina Coloda(frost finish) lipstick,concealer,tiny bit of light pink and light orange Eye Shadow..melted the lipstick with the conealer..threw over the dry parts and kept in freezer ... till creamy yet firm..used other half with a lilac lipgloss:Perfect Nude Lip! anyway L8R!

I have to agree with your review. They do crease very badly and they also end up running together completely because they are so greasy... In the end, you look like you just greased up your eyes after fixing a car! I hate them! Oh yeah, they also break easily... Terrible waste!

THE ONLY WAY U CAN USE IT IS AS BASE COAT WITH REGULAR POWDER SHADOWS IT MAKES THE POWDER STAY PUT ALL DAY . I BOUGHT ALL THE COLORS AND IT WAS A WAIST OF MONEY NO I ONLY USE THEM FOR BASE

I've used it and it does crease really bad! but u can use it, I use it kinda as a base, but u have to put a very thin layer, then blend it in with ur finger, then use another powder eye shadow over it. Which defeats its purpose but atleast u get 1 use out of it (: hope its works for u! XoXo Tryvise

The darker color might work if you applt it very close to your lash line as a liner.

i use cream based eyeshadow sticks and what works for me is using a primer or a conceler on the eyes before the shadow

yeah i bout it the first day it come out and i was so dissapointed. i agree the colors are really pretty...i have the purple and pink one and at first its okay but then it does crease and then ill have to reapply the dark color cuz it fades for some reason...i really wanted it to work..hopefully in the future covergirl makes a better product...

@keight1000 - try a lil bit of vasline on your lids just a lil works for me and it stayed on all day didnt need tuch ups :]

i bought it in purple plum and i wore it to a theme park from 9 am to 8 pm and it only creased a little bit. i guess that was cuz i used like a CRAPLOAD of primer hahaha. and i know wat u mean when u say you wanna wear it again, and i think you should because the colors look BEAUTIFUL on you! hahaha
