Do you recommend wearing ankle weights to help build double bass speed?

@GamerGuyProductions well i have only dabbled with that so i really can't give you a straight answer - i do think it will help, just be careful at first, 2 pounds may not seem like a lot, but it is, wear them for small increments of time and build up your strength
