  • I can see your point but starbucks isn't causing people to hurt other people because of their habit. The idea that if you don't have a law then when you do it its not hurting anybody and others is just wrong and has no backing.

  • @iceman7707 caffeine is a drug, that's a fact. People who are allowed to get their drug of choice from peaceful business men (or drug dealers) don't resort to violence and will lower that level of violence even further than any law or police officer could.

Of that 70% you mentioned earlier, how many were peaceful people who would have gone about their lives if cops/government didn't claim the right to kidnap, extort and cage them?

  • Man i totally feel your frustration brother I have been asking the same question for a long time. Where is the hero police chief or judge who stands up and says no I will not enforce unjust laws...unfortunately there aren't any. However we as citizens have a very powerful tool at our disposal that we can start enacting right away, and it's called "JURY NULLIFICATION" gives us the right to deliver not guilty verdict based on the fact that we the people morally disagree with the charges.

  • The simple fact of the matter is marijuana has had the wrong classification since Nixon first declared a war on drugs... It does not belong in the same category as heroin, meth, cocaine....

  • This is what happens to you when women laugh at you your entire laugh for having a very small penis. You become a police officer.

  • @iceman7707 Actually Starbucks donates alot of money to the Irgun terrorists who run Israel and are ethnic cleansing the Palestinian people ever since 1948. So indirect Starbucks is killing people, not just the way you think.

  • Dur de dur we are cop block.......duuuuuhhhh....all cops and laws are bad

  • THIS LT. REDNECK! HAS NO CLUE!!!!! POLICE SHOULD BE PUT ON UNPAID LEAVE!!! FOR SHOOTING PEOPLES ANIMALS! AND UNARMED CIVILIANS!

  • Should have brought up the fact that cops lobby for marijuana to stay illegal.

  • This conversation was steered in the wrong direction by the cop focusing on checks and balances and branches of goverment. The caller then argued whether or not the cops should continue to enforce the laws even if they don't believe in them. Wrong argument. The cop was right on this. The caller should have stayed focused on the extreme tactics used by the police to enforce said laws. That is something they do have a choice in the matter but choose to use these Gestapo like tactics.

  • @PancakePlease No law should be made to interfere with life, liberty, & the persuit of happiness. No law should be made that does not involve harm to persons, their liberty, freedoms, property, or their rights of ownership. The majority of laws are unconstitutional preventative laws made by the higeilian dialectic of giving us a problem, allowing us to react, then giving us the solution they otherwise could not have instituted. They are forms of totalitarian power and influence to control us.

  • The guy states he is a constitutionalist but he has an oath to uphold every law. His oath also states he will always uphold the constitution. These two parts of their oath conflict with each other as many laws are unconstitutional. The constitution should take presidence. Sad thing is few, if any, law enforcement officers know the constitution. They should have constitution training with a 100% passing grade required to proceed to the next level of training.

  • @CassiusClayotn40 Believe it or not, if we as a society didnt have people enforcing these invisible things called "the law", society would crumble in a heartbeat. Enforcement is a must. That being said, if your career is in law enforcement, you dont get to pick and choose which laws you like and which ones you don't agree with. You enforce everything which is your job. If it involves killing "millions of jews" like you stated in a terrible analogy, then you QUIT. The drug war starts up top.
