  • two hour cardio a day? Even for those kinda losers who have no life, that's still a lot of time waste.

  • Just curious, Kevin. Is there any particular reason why you wear a hoodie when you do cardio? If I was to wear one I would sweat like crazy! Does it help you burn more calories or something?

  • @judastefarianist i know its 60% of max heartrate to maintain muscle mass because i am a certified personal trainer. but thats just theory to me and it still seems to kill my muscle lol, i dont think my genes are on my side lol :S

  • @paksallion I forgot what it's called, (prob cuz it's so early in the morning) but there is a way you can find you perfect fat burning "zone" and it is usually somewhere around a walking pace, but varies person to person. Look it up online or ask a local personal trainer about it or something. Then you can do cardio and burn almost all fat and minimal muscle.
