Make it a $5,000 fine plus 30-day impound and maybe then people will start to care.

i saw a blind guy with no arms and no legs using a fake drivers license.

@TVman1981 do a watermark on them like on money, licens and even state ids so it would be easier to tell if they are fake or not

Not sure what rule are in USA. If found guilty. They could keep fine that same but impound there car for one week. Welcome to catching the bus.

In my home town of Sydney, one of those scumbags recently got caught on a current affairs show. Kunal Singh drove his $100000 BMW on a stolen disability permit, even though he could afford to drive a $100000 BMW - and nobody gave him a ticket, gave him community service or sent him to jail! These absolute wastes of space like Kunal Singh deserve to get kicked in the nuts and sent to jail for life!

Handicapped people should get to park free all day, maybe discounted but if they can afford a car they can afford some parking
-
Free parking, city's need to eat shit.
-
Get rid of the place cards, and make them get special plates that only handicap people can have those place cards are shit!
-
make ones for the car, instead of those in the windshield.
@TVman1981 Have officers watching random people put up their placards and ask/ confront them, "who is this registered to?" Do a sting operation that is like the staduim stings with disabled parking placards.

Solution? Charge even though they have a placard. Remember, it is a PRIVILEGE to drive, no matter who you are. You don't see MUNI giving FREE rides to people who are disabled (Yeah a reduced fare, not free).
Here in Phoenix, we found a solution, disabled parking spots that are STILL metered, it is just the meter in the disabled spots are just shorter than the other ones so one in a wheelchair can still read it.
The point of a disabled spot is to help the handicapped not park free, abled/not.
