Members of a U.S. congressional delegation say they will recommend that President Obama lift the decades-old U.S. trade embargo on Cuba and hold a dialogue with Havana in pursuit of normalizing relations between the two long-estranged countries. VOA's Michael Bowman reports from Washington, where members of the Congressional Black Caucus spoke after returning from a trip to Cuba. They met there with the current and former presidents of the island-nation, Raul Castro and his elder brother, Fidel.
