So, what have we learned? When the government is jailing people for practicing their own freedoms, are we supposed to fight back? We'll get arrested, or worse, if we do anything, right? The government is afraid of their own people. Dan Rather was right; Someone needs to take a stand.
Any takers?

Keith Olbermann is the most articulate American since Lincoln.

lol RIP your ratings Keith.

You might want to know that free speech has always been limited, rules can be set at functions to limit disruptions, especially if it is on private property. Hence, public property you can say whatever the hell you want and these people might have a legitimate claim. Fox news can report whatever the hell it wants to just like any other news organization. Protesting inside a pro Bush event what the hell do you think was going to happen the security was doing their job and they were right.
-
You folks might be interested to know that you have a local militia that you can join. Ordinary citizens getting together to protect one another. When the police started beating union workers for going on strike in Indiana during Roosevelt's term, he sent out the National Guard to shoot 'the police' if they continued anymore beatings.

'Don't tase me bro, don't tase me! Oou Oou Oou Oou Oou Oou Oou Oou Oou Oou'!

Ok so in places were people can walk you cant peacefully protest by standing still, so that only leaves one option, wear the protest on your shirt and go back and forth and sing your protest then stop singing and leave to put them of the sent, then return and continue singing but dont sing too loud because that will draw to much attention, and i think thats illegal too. Good luck.

Maybe it's time to remind the powerful why we have the 2nd amendment.
-
Well. .. have we?

Normally I don't think much of Keith Olberman. Too often he is just a left wing blowhard. But, in this matter I agree with his view. Free speech is one of the things that define this nation. The ONLY "On/Off" switch is personal responsibility.

I heard the "dont tase me, bro!" bit on talk soup or some show. they made it out to be so funny," ha ha, look at this jackass about to get tased" don't tase me bro ahhhhhh. ha ha!!! so funny lets laught at him! they made NO MENTION whatsoever of him attempting to simply ask a question to Kerry which "warranted" him being tased. fucked up.
This was made to look like it's all cause of Bush. The dont taz me bro was at a John Kerry the Democrat speech. Just wait and see what is coming next. It would seem that the people that spoke out so load with Bush are now quiet. It was wrong then and is wrong now. It happens from both sides. At least when it was Bush we had people to speak out and they did. Now with the media so in love with the Obama who will speak out?

The Moody Blues from On the Threshold of a Dream song called The Voyage... : )

Both parts of "Have You Heard" make up two parts of a three-part suite that concludes the album, with the first part beginning the suite and the second part ending it. The second part of this suite is an instrumental song named "The Voyage", which was also composed by Pinder.
"Have You Heard" is a 1969 song by the progressive rock band The Moody Blues.
