@emilywarawa Good luck! We have 10 minute and 30 minute meditations that you could load onto a portable device and listen to. De-stressing immediately prior to an exam clears "working memory" that you are otherwise devoting to, well stressing! You need to see the path around the rock and not the rock, goal set through and not up to! A team that's goal is to reach the finals may do just that and NOT win the finals because they set the wrong goal! Read the Believing Brain, Michael Shermer! :)
