My personal interpretation of the song is that it's about Justin (the lead singer) dealing with his personal demons. Justin suffers from bi-polar disorder and depression and his music and lyrics are often a reflection with his struggles with both. The openness and sometimes brutal honesty in his lyrics are what draw many fans BO's music and help many of us cope with similar feelings.

@manderelda Actually if you think about it, it makes perfect sense... especially to those that are afflicted with these problems. Like the lyric says "Minus the speed, could you imagine the phobia *screams*" ... The scream is for the phobia, it's an attempt to explain what it's like to live with these problems.
